I am a terrible cook, but if there is something I love, it is baking 🙂 So here are a few of my experiments.. most from my oven, and some rare non-oven ones as well 🙂

Smithu you are so organized aren’t ya? Love this concept of putting everything on one page so that we can lick…err I mean click away when we need a recipe.

Organised, me? Husband is fainting at that 🙂 He says I am the most disorganized person in the world 🙂

They are really simple to make too, and low fat when baked instead of fried 🙂

Baked sabudana vadas looks yummy and best part it they are not fried.Not much cooking since last few days and all the things are in the boxes.When i start my kitchen again will try this.I didn’t find the recipe

Smitha vada came out very well,my mom too liked it. Usually i deep fry it but ur baked version is more tastier than the deep fried.They were so cripsy and i liked it a lot.
