I wanted to post earlier in the day, but had to find the time to rustle up a snack for myself. And have eaten enough junk in the last few days to want to steer clear of those delicious looking scones which seemed to beckon to me, in that bakery window. Just about managed to escape
The fastest and easiest snack I put together, is warm, toasted pita bread with hummus. I like it change it up a bit by throwing in jalapenos, or like today, a drizzle of Nandos peri peri sauce. Yum! It can’t get better than that!
