…as in broken pieces of wood and wood shavings lining the path in a park nearby.

The best way of exploring a new place is by walking around it, is what we feel. We discover hidden pathways, little parks, little convenience stores, cute houses… The best part of moving into a new place is undoubtedly, the exploration of near by areas.

This morning we went walking, and found two parks minutes away from our house. The first one was rather boring, just a very large field with a children’s park. How boring is that! We didn’t give up though. We had seen another park on the other side, in the map, and the weather had been perfect for walking. So off we went and found the cutest park. With a children’s play ground, a little brook running through it, with cute features and lovely trees. I could sit there and read for hours…

We scouted around for something broken, but alas, it was rather well maintained:) And these broken pieces of wood was all we could find:)

PS:.Did I mention that I have a helper to do this challenge? Daughter loves it, and the first thing she wants to know is the subject for the day:)

Posted as part of May Photo a Day Challenge.
