    and as for powder.. I donno either… I googled πŸ˜› it says “Chooran” or “Burada” Quite close actually πŸ™‚

  4. no idea i was actually confused cause i have never heard this word before… Now that i am thinking i cant think of a word for powder in hindi πŸ™‚

    and to be frank i did not even know there was something called RICE POWDER.. so what did U cook .. Forget about the word lets come to the business end of it.. WHAT did you coook …. he hehehe

  6. Puttu, Papad, boiled moong dal, banana, sugar and good amount of desi ghee YUMMMM!!!!

    Also my fav is Puttu with Channa gravy !!!

    And ya, I just checked with my wife how to call Rice powder in Hindi. She smsd from her office and the sms goes as :

    “O teri this is tough one… Pise hue chawal”

    Now upto Hindi pundits to settle this matter πŸ˜‰
